This diagnostic indicates that one or more internal diagnostics have found a fault within the product (module). This typically points to a hardware failure, firmware issue, or other internal malfunction of the module. If the problem persists, the module may need replacement.

• Hardware component failure within the module
• Corrupted firmware or software within the module
• Transient electrical disturbance affecting the module's internal circuitry
