F6
Motor Stalled
Allen-Bradley · PowerFlex 4 Adjustable Frequency
¿Qué significa F6 ?
A motor stalled fault occurs when the motor's speed drops significantly while the drive is commanding output, indicating an excessive mechanical load. This causes the drive's output current to exceed the limit set by parameter A089 [Current Limit].
Causas comunes
- Motor is not rotating despite a run command.
- Excessive motor torque demand without movement.
- Motor shaft jammed or obstructed.
- Starting torque insufficient for the load.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Reduce the mechanical load applied to the motor to allow it to accelerate or run freely.
- 2
Increase parameter P039 [Accel Time1] or A067 [Accel Time2] to provide more time for the motor to accelerate and reduce peak current demand.
- 3
Verify parameter A089 [Current Limit] is set appropriately for the motor and application, ensuring it does not exceed the drive's capacity (DriveAmps * 1.8).
