¿Qué significa F70 ?
An internal hardware failure has been detected within the drive's power conversion section, which is responsible for supplying power to the motor. This is a critical internal fault, often indicating damage to IGBTs or other power components, and requires immediate attention to prevent further system damage or safety hazards.
Causas comunes
- Failure of IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) components within the inverter section, often due to overcurrent or thermal stress.
- Damaged DC bus capacitors or rectifier bridge components leading to unstable DC bus voltage.
- Internal power supply unit failure affecting the drive's control board or gate drivers.
- Short circuit or severe ground fault on the output side (motor or cable) causing catastrophic failure of power components.
- Overheating of power components due to failed cooling fan or severely blocked heatsink fins.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Disconnect input power (R, S, T) and output motor cables (T1, T2, T3) from the drive.
- 2
Measure resistance across the drive's output terminals (T1-T2, T1-T3, T2-T3) and from each output terminal to ground to detect internal shorts.
- 3
Visually inspect the drive's internal power section for burnt components, bulging capacitors, or signs of arcing.
- 4
Verify the drive's cooling fan operation and ensure the heatsink is free from dust and debris.
- 5
If internal hardware damage is confirmed, replace the drive unit or consult a certified repair center for module replacement.
