I3 Incompat PS

Allen-Bradley · PowerFlex 750

¿Qué significa 10332 ?

The drive has detected an incompatible power supply for the drive AC input rating on port 3. This can lead to improper operation or damage if not addressed.

Causas comunes

  • Input voltage applied to Port 3 is outside the specified nominal voltage range (e.g., 690V supply connected to a 400V rated input).
  • Mismatch in the number of input phases (e.g., attempting to connect a single-phase supply to a three-phase Port 3 configured drive).
  • The frequency of the incoming AC power at Port 3 is outside the acceptable operating window (e.g., 50Hz/60Hz +/- 2%) for the drive's input stage.
  • An internal sensor or monitoring circuit responsible for detecting the power supply characteristics on Port 3 has failed.
  • Improper sizing or selection of the upstream power transformer or utility connection for the drive's Port 3 rating, causing over/undervoltage.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

    1. Measure the line-to-line voltage (VAC) and frequency (Hz) of the power supply connected to drive input terminals R3/L1, S3/L2, T3/L3 using a digital multimeter.

  2. 2

    2. Cross-reference the measured input voltage and frequency with the required specifications for Port 3 as listed in the drive's installation manual.

  3. 3

    3. Confirm that the drive's Port 3 input is wired for the correct phase configuration (e.g., 3-phase) matching the incoming supply.

  4. 4

    4. Physically inspect the input power wiring at terminals R3/L1, S3/L2, T3/L3 for any loose connections, miswiring, or signs of overheating.

  5. 5

    5. If the drive has configurable input settings for Port 3 (e.g., Parameter P0-11 for voltage range), ensure they are set correctly via the HMI or software tool.
