P2 240V AC Discon

Allen-Bradley · PowerFlex 750

¿Qué significa 11220 ?

The 240V AC disconnect switch on port 2 is open when the precharge controller is in the ready state, but the molded case switch (MCS) is not closed. This prevents the drive from starting or operating.

Causas comunes

  • The main 240V AC disconnect switch (Port 2) is physically open or improperly closed.
  • Failure of the auxiliary contact on the disconnect switch (Port 2) to provide closure feedback to the controller.
  • Broken or loose wiring connecting the disconnect switch auxiliary contact (Port 2) to the drive's input status terminals.
  • Faulty input status monitoring circuit on the drive control board (Port 2) for the disconnect switch.
  • Incorrect drive parameter setting (e.g., Parameter P1-03 for Port 2) expecting a closed disconnect when it's open.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Physically confirm the 240V AC disconnect switch (Port 2) handle is fully in the CLOSED position.

  2. 2

Measure continuity across the auxiliary contacts (e.g., terminals 13/14) of the 240V AC disconnect switch (Port 2) when closed.

  3. 3

Trace and inspect the wiring from the disconnect switch auxiliary contacts (Port 2) to the drive's digital input terminals (e.g., DI1, DI2).

  4. 4

Verify the status of the corresponding digital input (e.g., Digital Input 1 status) on the drive's display for Port 2.

  5. 5

Check drive parameters (e.g., Parameter P1-03, 'Disconnect Input Selection' for Port 2) to ensure correct configuration for the disconnect input.
