This error code indicates that a terminal error has triggered a reset of the TwinSAFE Connection. This condition occurs when the 'Error acknowledge active' parameter is set to 'True'. The TwinSAFE communication and associated safety functions will be interrupted and remain in an error state until manually acknowledged, preventing safe operation.

• Previous safety-related fault (e.g., E-stop, safety gate open, safety sensor failure) detected by a TwinSAFE input module, causing the system to go into a safe state.
• Loss of communication or interruption in the TwinSAFE FSoE (Fail Safe over EtherCAT) protocol between the safety controller and the TwinSAFE terminal.
• Mismatch in the TwinSAFE configuration checksum between the safety controller and the physical TwinSAFE terminal, requiring a reset.
• Error in a connected TwinSAFE-compatible device (e.g., safety relay, drive with integrated safety) triggering a system-wide safety reset.
• Internal diagnostic fault within the TwinSAFE terminal itself (e.g., watchdog timer expiry, internal power supply issue) leading to a safety state.
