F2270

Analog input 1 or 2, wire break

Bosch Rexroth · IndraDrive MPx02

¿Qué significa F2270 ?

A wire break has been detected on either analog input 1 or analog input 2 of the drive. These inputs are used for signals such as speed reference or torque command, typically 0-10V or 4-20mA. A broken wire means the drive is not receiving the expected input signal, leading to loss of control or incorrect operation.

Causas comunes

  • Physical break in the wiring for analog input 1
  • Physical break in the wiring for analog input 2
  • Loose terminal connection at the drive for analog input
  • Damaged analog input sensor or source device
  • Loss of common ground or shield connection for analog input

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Inspect all wiring and terminal connections for Analog Input 1 and 2 on the IndraDrive MPx02 and at the signal source for any loose connections, damage, or visible breaks.

  2. 2

Measure the analog signal (voltage or current) directly at the output terminals of the signal source (e.g., PLC analog output card) to confirm it is present and within the expected range.

  3. 3

Measure the analog signal (voltage or current) at the corresponding input terminals on the IndraDrive MPx02 to verify the signal's presence and correct level at the drive.

  4. 4

Perform a continuity test on the individual wires of the analog input cable from the signal source to the IndraDrive MPx02 input terminals to pinpoint any breaks in the wiring.

  5. 5

Verify the drive parameters for Analog Input 1 and 2 (e.g., input type, scaling, minimum current/voltage monitoring thresholds) are correctly configured for the application's signal type.
