An internal fault has been detected within the drive itself, indicating a potential hardware or software malfunction that prevents the drive from operating correctly. This type of fault requires internal diagnosis and, if left unresolved, risks further damage to the drive or complete system failure.
Causas comunes
- Failure of an internal power component (e.g., IGBT module, rectifier diode, switching transistor) within the drive's power stage.
- Malfunction of the internal control board (e.g., CPU, DSP) or its associated memory due to data corruption or hardware defect.
- Defective internal sensor (e.g., DC bus voltage sensor, current transducer) providing incorrect feedback to the drive's control logic.
- Overheating of internal components due to clogged cooling fins, fan failure, or ambient temperature exceeding specified limits (e.g., 50°C).
- Software or firmware corruption within the drive requiring a reflash or replacement of the control board.

Measure the ambient temperature around the drive enclosure using a thermometer to ensure it is within the manufacturer's specified operating range.
