A general internal fault has occurred within a specific range of internal error codes. This indicates an unspecified internal hardware or software malfunction that requires specialized attention.

• Undetermined software exception or run-time error within the drive's operating system or application code.
• Transient hardware malfunction on the control board (e.g., a watchdog timer reset, bus error).
• Corruption of critical RAM or flash memory areas due to power instability or electromagnetic interference.
• Failed internal communication between different processors or modules within the drive.
• Component failure (e.g., passive components, ASICs) on the control board leading to unpredictable behavior.

   1. Record the exact internal sub-code displayed with the main fault code, as this provides crucial diagnostic information for technical support.

   2. Perform a full power cycle of the drive, waiting at least 60 seconds after disconnecting power before reapplying it.
