Over-current of Discharge Current (ECM)
Fanuc · Alpha i Series AC Servo Motor and Spindle
¿Qué significa 4 ?
An over-current condition has occurred in the discharge current path from the Capacitor Modules of the ECM. This indicates a problem with the discharge circuit, potentially during emergency stop or an internal fault.
Causas comunes
- Excessive discharge current from the motor exceeds ECM's rated limit.
- Short circuit within the motor windings or drive components.
- Sudden heavy load applied to the motor during operation.
- Incorrect motor model or parameters configured in the drive (e.g., P1-01 to P1-09).
- Motor encoder signal failure causing incorrect speed feedback.
