An abnormal acceleration rate has been detected in the spindle motor. This indicates that the motor is accelerating too rapidly or outside its expected operational limits.

• Inconsistent or erroneous phase information from the motor controller.

• Incorrect motor winding configuration or connection.
• Software error in the drive's phase detection algorithm.
• High motor currents causing internal control instability.
