This code indicates a problem with the inverter's internal hardware ID. This can occur, for example, after a PC board replacement, signifying an incompatibility or recognition issue. The inverter will attempt to reconnect and resume feeding if possible.

• Incompatible PC board installed after replacement.
• Corrupted hardware ID information in the inverter's memory.
• Firmware mismatch with the installed hardware components.
