The DIAX04 SSE-03VRS drive's integrated safety function 'Safe Halt' (SH) is active and being monitored. This fault indicates that the SH condition is not being met or is being violated. Safe Halt ensures the motor is brought to a standstill and maintained there, preventing unintended startup. A violation typically signifies motion when none is expected or a failure to achieve a safe halt.

• The motor or axis is still in motion when Safe Halt (SH) is commanded and actively monitored.
• Faulty encoder or feedback system providing incorrect speed/position data to the safety function.
• External force or mechanical issue causing the motor to rotate despite SH command.
• Incorrect configuration of the Safe Halt parameters or safety input signals (e.g., S-0-0005, S-0-0006) in the DIAX04 SSE-03VRS drive.
• Internal fault within the DIAX04 SSE-03VRS drive's safety module.
