Communication Error
Indramat · dds 2.1 digital servo drive User Manual
¿Qué significa S-0-0011 Bit 12 ?
A Class 1 Diagnostic indicating a critical failure in the SERCOS communication between the master controller and the DDS 2.1 drive. This error can manifest as various issues like MST/MDT failures, invalid communication phase transitions, or address conflicts, leading to a drive shutdown. The drive decelerates to zero speed and shuts down torque. This condition is reset only after the cause is cleared and the command 'Reset Class 1 Diagnostics' is received via the service channel.
Causas comunes
- Break or damage in the SERCOS fiber optic cable or connector between the master and DDS 2.1.
- Incorrect SERCOS ring configuration, including incorrect drive addressing (e.g., two drives with the same address).
- Failure of the SERCOS interface module in the DDS 2.1 drive or the master controller.
- Timing parameter mismatches in the SERCOS configuration (e.g., S-0-0001 Control Unit Cycle Time, S-0-0002 SERCOS Cycle Time).
- Invalid communication phase transitions or a master control word not correctly commanding phase changes.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Inspect the SERCOS fiber optic cables and connectors for damage, cleanliness, and secure connections.
- 2
Verify the SERCOS ring topology and ensure each DDS 2.1 drive has a unique and correct address.
- 3
Check the diagnostic indicators on both the master controller and the DDS 2.1 for specific SERCOS status information.
- 4
Review and confirm all SERCOS timing parameters (e.g., S-0-0001, S-0-0002, S-0-0003 Minimum AT Transmit Starting Time) are correctly configured in both the master and slave devices.
- 5
Command a 'Reset Class 1 Diagnostics' via the service channel after verifying physical connections and parameters.
