A Class 1 Diagnostic indicating a problem with the motor's position or velocity feedback device connected to the DDS 2.1 drive. This could include issues with the encoder signal, sensor wiring, or the feedback device itself, leading to a loss of control and drive shutdown. The drive decelerates to zero speed and shuts down torque. This condition is reset only after the cause is cleared and the command 'Reset Class 1 Diagnostics' is received via the service channel.
