The IndraDrive MPx02 has detected disturbances or errors in the feedback signals from the measuring encoder. • Loose or damaged measuring encoder cable connections at the encoder or the IndraDrive MPx02.
• Electrical noise interference on measuring encoder signal lines, often from power cables.
• Faulty measuring encoder or internal sensor components.
• Incorrect measuring encoder parameterization (e.g., resolution, signal type) in the drive.
• Mechanical issues affecting the encoder mounting or coupling to the load, such as vibration or misalignment.

   Power down the drive and inspect all connections of the measuring encoder at both the encoder and the IndraDrive MPx02, ensuring they are clean, tight, and correctly wired.
