Abs. Encoder 1
Indramat · ServoDyn D Servo Drive
¿Qué significa 23 ?
This error occurs if the absolute encoder for Axis 1 is not properly connected, or if data transmission between the encoder and the CLM01.3-M is interrupted or corrupted. This prevents the system from obtaining an absolute position reference for Axis 1.
Causas comunes
- Absolute encoder cable for Axis 1 is disconnected, damaged, or incorrectly wired.
- Data transmission error from the absolute encoder to the CLM01.3-M.
- Defective Axis 1 absolute encoder.
- Incorrect Encoder Data A1 parameter (P01) setting for the type of absolute encoder used.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Verify that Parameter P01 (Encoder Data A1) for Axis 1 correctly matches the specifications of the installed absolute encoder (e.g., number of bits, revolutions).
- 2
Inspect the physical connections of the absolute encoder cable to both the Axis 1 motor and the CLM01.3-M for secure and correct wiring.
- 3
Check the absolute encoder cable for any signs of damage, fraying, or loose shielding.
- 4
Test the absolute encoder for proper operation, potentially by checking its output signals if diagnostic tools are available.
- 5
If the error persists after thorough checks, consider replacing the absolute encoder or its cable.
