The KONE LCE W/KDM elevator system has detected that the car's load exceeds its rated capacity. This condition prevents elevator movement or stops operation for safety and to prevent equipment damage.

• Excessive weight or number of passengers in the elevator car.
• Malfunction or incorrect calibration of the elevator car's load weighing device.

   Reduce the load in the elevator car immediately by removing passengers or goods until the overload indicator clears.

   If the alarm persists without an apparent overload, contact service to check the load weighing system calibration and sensor integrity.
