A fault has been detected within the motor controller. This is a warning only, indicating a non-critical issue that might escalate if not addressed.

• Internal fault in the motor controller module (e.g., sensor error, minor logic issue).
• Intermittent communication loss with the motor controller.
• Temporary over-current or over-temperature condition.
