An alarm has been triggered by the Battery Management System (BMS), indicating a non-critical issue with the battery. This condition limits the drive speed.

• BMS detecting a minor anomaly related to battery health, temperature, or cell imbalance.
• Battery parameters nearing their limits (e.g., charge/discharge temperature, voltage).
• Intermittent communication issue with the BMS.
