1065

MOTOR TEMPERAT.

Kone · Elevator Control

¿Qué significa 1065 ?

The motor controller (codes 1065, 2065, 3065) has detected an over-temperature condition in the connected motor. This protects the motor from thermal damage. The specific lift reaction is controller dependent.

Causas comunes

  • Motor operating under continuous overload or heavy duty cycle.
  • Cooling fan failure or blocked motor cooling fins.
  • Faulty motor temperature sensor providing incorrect readings.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Inspect motor cooling fan for obstructions and proper operation; check motor cooling fins for cleanliness and debris.

  2. 2

Verify motor temperature sensor (thermistor/PTC) wiring for continuity, proper connection at motor and drive terminals, and inspect for any damage.

  3. 3

Measure the resistance of the motor temperature sensor at the motor's terminal box and compare against manufacturer's specifications for the current ambient temperature.

  4. 4

Check drive parameters related to motor nominal data (current, voltage, power, RPM) and temperature monitoring configuration (sensor type, trip thresholds) to ensure they match the motor nameplate and application requirements.

  5. 5

Inspect the elevator mechanical system for any binding, excessive friction, or overload conditions that could cause the motor to draw excessive current and overheat.
