Under-speeding

Kone · Frequency Inverter

¿Qué significa 24 ?

This fault is recorded if the speed feedback falls below the permitted speed threshold for 0.5 seconds. The permitted speed is calculated as (Reference Speed - 0.25m/s) for reference speeds under 1.0 m/s, or (0.5 x Reference Speed) for reference speeds over 1.0 m/s.

Causas comunes

  • Malfunction of the speed feedback sensor, providing an inaccurate or excessively low speed reading.
  • Insufficient motor torque or power output from the drive, preventing the lift from reaching the commanded speed.
  • Excessive mechanical load on the lift, causing it to run slower than the reference speed.
  • Incorrect setting of motor or drive parameters affecting speed regulation.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Verify the calibration and functionality of the speed feedback device (encoder) and check its signal integrity.

  2. 2

Inspect the motor for any mechanical issues or damage that could impede its performance.

  3. 3

Check the drive unit for proper operation, ensuring it provides sufficient current and voltage to the motor.

  4. 4

Measure the current drawn by the motor to identify potential overload conditions or inadequate power delivery.

  5. 5

Review all speed-related parameters in the control system, including acceleration/deceleration rates and reference speeds.
