¿Qué significa STOP 0 ?
A Safety STOP 0 has been triggered and executed by the safety controller. This is an immediate and uncontrolled stop where the safety controller de-energizes all robot drives and applies the brakes without a deceleration ramp. It is the highest priority safety stop.
Causas comunes
- Detection of movement during a safe operational stop (standstill monitoring violation).
- Activation of an external safety device (e.g., safety mat, laser scanner, photoelectric curtain).
- Internal fault detected within the safety controller hardware or software.
