Overcurrent, KPP/KSP (axis)
Kuka · KR C4 Operating Instructions
¿Qué significa 26034 ?
A fault has briefly resulted in an overcurrent that exceeds the maximum current rating of the KPP, such as a short-circuit. This indicates an immediate and severe current surge within the motor circuit, potentially causing component damage.
Causas comunes
- Excessive current detected in the KPP/KSP drive output stage.
- Motor is drawing more current than the drive can supply.
- Short circuit in the motor, motor cable, or drive output.
- Mechanical binding or jamming of the axis.
- Overload condition during acceleration or deceleration.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Review the trace recording of the axis/current to pinpoint the exact timing and magnitude of the overcurrent event.
- 2
Check the motor for any short circuits, winding damage, or mechanical binding causing excessive current draw.
- 3
Check the motor cable for shorts between phases or to ground using a multimeter.
- 4
Reinitialize the drive bus by performing a Power Off / Power On cycle of the entire system.
- 5
Check the KSP module for diagnostic indicators related to overcurrent protection.
- 6
Check the KPP module for diagnostic indicators related to overcurrent protection.
