MDR: IPO_MODE TCP not allowed

The IPO_MODE TCP was set while 'MDR base' was active. This configuration is not permitted and will cause the robot to stop.

• The MDR system is configured in IPO_MODE TCP, which is not allowed.
• Incorrect operational mode selected for the MDR (Motion Drive Register).
• Conflict between intended function and the selected IPO_MODE TCP setting.
