The system's request to allocate the laser has been denied. This can happen if the laser is already allocated to a different station, is in manual mode, or if another active error prevents allocation.

• Request to use a laser source was rejected by the system.
• Laser resource is currently unavailable or allocated to another task.
• System logic prevented laser activation due to safety or operational constraints.
• The intended laser process is not permitted under current conditions.
• Configuration error preventing laser resource assignment.
