A system failure has occurred, likely due to strong interference injection on control cables or ground/earth loops in the wiring. This indicates an electrical noise or grounding issue affecting the controller's stability.

• Electromagnetic interference (EMI) ingress through control cables routed too close to power cables or unshielded.
• Ground loop currents flowing through control circuit ground connections due to multiple grounding points at different potentials.
• Insufficient or faulty common mode filtering on the drive's control power supply.
• Internal hardware fault within the drive's control board due to power fluctuations or component degradation.
• Inadequate grounding of the drive chassis or the control cabinet, leading to poor noise dissipation.

   1. Power down the drive, re-route control cables away from power cables (minimum 10cm separation) and ensure shielding is properly terminated at one end to chassis ground.
