¿Qué significa 015 ?

The drive is experiencing an I x t overload, characterized by frequent and excessively long acceleration phases with overcurrent, or continuous overload where Imotor > 1.05 x Irx. This indicates that the drive is undersized for the application.

Causas comunes

  • Load inertia is too high for the motor/drive combination, causing extended acceleration times with excessive current.
  • Mechanical binding, increased friction, or a seized component in the driven equipment, requiring higher starting torque.
  • Drive acceleration time (e.g., Parameter C0026) is set too short, leading to rapid current increase and an Ixt trip.
  • Motor rated current (e.g., Parameter C0020) is set incorrectly or lower than the actual motor nameplate current.
  • Continuous operation where Imotor > 1.05 x Irx, indicating the drive is undersized for the application's continuous demand.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

    1. Monitor the actual motor current (via drive display or clamp meter) during acceleration and steady-state operation, comparing it to the drive's rated output current (Irx).

  2. 2

    2. Increase the drive's acceleration time (e.g., Parameter C0026) in small increments (e.g., 0.5-1.0 seconds) and observe the fault frequency.

  3. 3

    3. Verify that the motor rated current (Parameter C0020) and motor nominal frequency (Parameter C0022) in the drive parameters match the motor nameplate data.

  4. 4

    4. Mechanically disengage the motor from the load (if safe) and run the motor unloaded to check for drive current anomalies and reduce mechanical influence.

  5. 5

    5. Inspect the mechanical system (bearings, gearboxes, belts) for signs of binding, wear, or excessive friction that would increase load.
