Error "positive limit switch".

Lenze · 9300 Series

¿Qué significa 152 ?

The positive limit switch has been reached, preventing further movement of the drive in the positive direction. This is a safety mechanism to prevent overtravel.

Causas comunes

  • Physical actuation of the positive limit switch by the mechanical system (e.g., linear stage, robotic arm) reaching its physical travel end.
  • Positive limit switch (e.g., inductive, optical, mechanical) is damaged, misaligned, or stuck in the actuated position.
  • Wiring integrity issue (e.g., broken wire, short circuit) on the positive limit switch input (e.g., Digital Input 2) to the controller.
  • Inverted logic configuration for the positive limit switch input (e.g., Parameter C0103 for DI2 polarity) in the drive parameters.
  • False trigger of the limit switch input due to electromagnetic interference (EMI) on the signal line.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

    1. Carefully move the mechanical system away from the positive limit switch to release its actuation and clear the fault.

  2. 2

    2. Monitor the status of the positive limit switch digital input (e.g., DI2) in the drive's diagnostic display (e.g., P5-02) as the switch is manually operated.

  3. 3

    3. Use a multimeter to verify electrical continuity of the positive limit switch circuit from the switch itself to the drive's corresponding input terminal (e.g., X1:2).

  4. 4

    4. Review drive parameters related to positive limit switch configuration (e.g., C0102 for DI2 function, C0103 for polarity) and adjust if necessary.

  5. 5

    5. Clean the limit switch and its mounting area, checking for any physical obstructions or misalignment causing premature activation.
