Parameter changes lost
Lenze · i550 Protec Drive
¿Qué significa 0x7697 ?
This fault occurs when a voltage failure happens before recently changed parameter settings could be saved. All unsaved parameter changes are lost.
Causas comunes
- Power outage or transient voltage dip (brownout) occurred immediately after parameter changes were made but before a 'save' command was executed.
- Operator forgot to issue the 'Save parameters' command (e.g., P99.00 = 2) after making modifications.
- Control power supply (e.g., 24VDC at X1:1, X1:2) to the inverter dropped below the minimum threshold before changes were permanently stored.
- Internal memory fault in the inverter preventing the non-volatile storage of parameters.
- Frequent power cycling or unexpected shutdowns during commissioning without allowing sufficient time for parameter writes.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Always execute the 'Save parameters' command (e.g., P99.00 = 2) explicitly after making any parameter changes.
- 2
Verify the stability of the control power supply (e.g., 24VDC) to the inverter, ensuring it does not drop below specified voltage during operation.
- 3
Implement an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for the control circuit if the environment experiences frequent power fluctuations.
- 4
After making changes, allow a few seconds before initiating a power cycle to ensure sufficient time for internal write operations.
- 5
If parameter changes are consistently lost even after explicit saving and stable power, consider a drive replacement due to internal memory failure.
