Power Module Error
Omron · NJ/NX-series Machine Automation Controller
¿Qué significa 08390000 hex ?
An error was detected in the power module. This indicates a fundamental issue within the Servo Drive's power module, which could be due to external wiring problems or internal hardware failure.
Causas comunes
- There is a short-circuit, ground fault, or contact failure on the U, V, or W motor cable
- There is a short-circuit on the wiring of External Regeneration Resistor or the resistance value is small
- The insulation resistance failed between the U, V, or W motor cable and the motor ground wire
- Servo Drive failure
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Measure the AC input voltage at the servo drive's main power terminals (L1, L2, L3 or L, N) to confirm it is within the manufacturer's specified nominal range.
- 2
Inspect all main power input wiring, including protective earth (PE) connections, at the servo drive for tightness, correct termination, and absence of physical damage or signs of overheating.
- 3
Inspect the motor power cable and its connections to both the servo drive and the motor for any insulation damage, loose terminals, or evidence of short circuits or ground faults.
- 4
Verify critical servo drive parameters, such as input voltage settings, motor nominal current, and overload protection thresholds, against the machine's configuration specifications.
