• Short-circuit on the wiring of External Regeneration Resistor.
• Insulation resistance failed between the U, V, or W motor cable and the motor ground wire.
• False detection due to noise.

   Measure insulation resistance between motor phases U-V, V-W, U-W, and each phase to ground using a megger.

   Inspect motor cables U, V, W for signs of damage, short circuits, or ground faults.
