An error occurred in communication with an EtherCAT slave or NX unit assigned to a CNC motor of the CNC Function Module. This also triggers an error in the EtherCAT Master Function Module. The CNC motor with the error will have its SERVO OFF, and operations other than error reset are rejected. Additionally, the CNC motor will be placed in an undefined home state.

   Verify the auxiliary power supply voltage to the affected EtherCAT slave unit and the CNC motor amplifier, ensuring it meets the specified requirements.

   Observe the EtherCAT status indicators on both the NJ/NY Master and the affected EtherCAT slave for diagnostic codes or link status.

   Check the EtherCAT network configuration in Omron Sysmac Studio, confirming the affected slave's node address, device type, and cyclic data mapping are correct.
