¿Qué significa PF Int Temp ?

The internal temperature of the variable speed drive has exceeded its safe operating limit. This indicates insufficient cooling or excessive load, which prevents the drive from safely dissipating heat. Prolonged high temperatures will significantly reduce the lifespan of electronic components and can lead to immediate shutdown or permanent damage to the VSD's power stage.

Causas comunes

  • Blocked or dirty cooling fan, reducing airflow.
  • Insufficient ventilation in the drive enclosure (e.g., blocked air filters, inadequate cabinet sizing).
  • Ambient temperature exceeding drive's rated operating limits (e.g., > 40°C).
  • Drive operating continuously at or above its rated current (overload condition).
  • Internal temperature sensor miscalibration or fault (less common than actual overheating).
