EXCESSIVE FIELD CURRENT

¿Qué significa 401 ?

This fault signifies that the measured motor field current has exceeded 125% of the rated current, as defined by parameter #50. This condition can lead to motor field damage.

• Partially shorted motor field coil, drawing excessive current.
• Incorrect data entry in parameters #49, #50, #51, #52, #54, & #55, leading to an unstable motor field current regulator.
• Mis-wiring of module A3, resulting in incorrect phasing.
• Incorrect current tap selected at A3, TB4, or an improper A3 SW1 setting.
• Malfunction within the motor field power circuit, possibly in module A3.

   Check the motor field winding for any signs of a partially shorted coil.

   Review and verify the settings for parameters #49, #50, #51, #52, #54, and #55.

   Verify that the wiring phasing for module A3 is correct.

   Check and verify the current tap setting at A3, TB4, and the calibration switch A3 SW1 setting.
