Network Fault

¿Qué significa CnF ?

This read-only fault code indicates a communication problem on an installed option card (e.g., a communication card). The exact nature of the fault depends on the specific network card. It means the drive cannot communicate correctly over the specified network, leading to a loss of external control, monitoring, or parameter access via that network.

• Specific communication option card (e.g., Profibus, Ethernet/IP) is not detected or improperly seated.
• Network cable damage (e.g., open circuit, short circuit, crushed cable) or improper shielding.
• Incorrect network parameters configured on the option card (e.g., baud rate, node address, IP address).
• Faulty external network device (e.g., PLC, HMI, network switch) preventing proper communication.
• Firmware incompatibility between the drive's main board and the installed network option card.
