• Internal hardware malfunction within the remote display's central processing unit (CPU) components, such as a faulty memory chip or processor.
• Corrupted or unstable firmware loaded on the remote display unit, leading to processing errors or boot-up failures.
• Unstable or out-of-specification power supply (e.g., 24VDC below 21V) delivered to the remote display unit, causing CPU instability.
• Electromagnetic interference (EMI) or electrostatic discharge (ESD) disrupting the remote display's CPU operation or damaging sensitive components.
• Overheating of the remote display unit's internal circuitry due to inadequate cooling or ambient temperature exceeding specified limits (e.g., >50°C).
