A torque/current limitation detected fault. This indicates that the drive's output torque or current has hit its predefined limit, typically due to an overload condition or an attempt to accelerate too quickly. While a protection feature, persistent limitation can indicate an undersized system or mechanical issue.
Causas comunes
- Motor attempting to accelerate a load beyond its current or torque rating (e.g., Parameter P1-05 exceeded).
- Mechanical jamming, excessive friction, or obstruction in the driven equipment.
- Incorrect motor parameters programmed into the drive, causing miscalculation of torque/current limits.
- Drive output current limit (e.g., P1-05, P1-06) set too low for the application's actual load.
