External Encoder Implausible Values

This fault indicates that the external encoder is providing implausible position or feedback values to the MOVI-PLC® system. This can be caused by issues such as wire breakage in draw-wire encoders. Upon detection, the axis system is automatically stopped if operating in automatic mode.

• External encoder is sending illogical or inconsistent position data.
• Encoder signal is intermittent or corrupted.
• Faulty external encoder hardware.
