TF Trip (Motor Overtemperature)
SEW Eurodrive · MOVIDRIVE compact System (MCF/MCV/MCS4_A)
¿Qué significa 31 ?
No immediate drive response, but a fault is indicated, because the motor has become too hot and its TF (thermal feedback) sensor has tripped. This can also occur if the TF sensor is incorrectly connected or if the connection between the MOVIDRIVE and the motor's TF is interrupted.
Causas comunes
- Motor temperature has exceeded its safe operating limit (TF trip).
- Overload condition causing excessive motor heat.
- Faulty motor temperature sensor (PTC, KTY).
- Insufficient cooling of the motor or drive.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Allow the motor to cool off to a safe operating temperature and then reset the error.
- 2
Check all connections and the physical link between the MOVIDRIVE inverter and the motor's TF sensor.
- 3
Set parameter P835 to 'No response' if the application requires ignoring the TF trip (use with caution as this bypasses protection).
