Thermal overload of motor / Overcurrent in brake chopper

¿Qué significa 04 ?

This fault can signify one of two issues: either a thermal overload of the motor due to factors like high ambient temperature, inadequate heat dissipation, or excessive mechanical load; or an overcurrent condition within the brake chopper circuitry. Both conditions indicate a risk of component damage.

• Motor temperature exceeds safety limits.
• Overcurrent condition exceeding safe operating parameters.
• Brake chopper circuit fault or overload.
• Motor windings shorted or damaged.
• Parameter P0610 (motor thermal model) settings incorrect.

   Lower the ambient temperature around the motor.

   Ensure proper airflow and ventilation to prevent heat build-up around the motor.

   Reduce the mechanical load on the motor.

   Increase the motor speed if the application allows.

   Reset the fault by switching off the DC 24 V supply voltage.
