¿Qué significa A01028 ?

The downloaded parameterization file is incompatible with the currently installed module type (e.g., different Order No. or MLFB). This means the configuration settings do not match the hardware, preventing correct operation. Operating with an incompatible configuration can lead to erratic behavior or inability to start.

• Parameter set downloaded was generated for a different drive hardware revision or Order Number (MLFB) (e.g., CU320-2 DP vs. CU320-2 PN).
• Incorrect firmware version installed on the control unit for the loaded parameter file (e.g., V4.7 parameters on V4.5 firmware).
• Peripheral module (e.g., TM15, SMI) incorrectly identified or not physically present despite being configured in the parameter file.
• Corrupted parameter file during transfer or storage causing mismatch detection.
• Hardware module replacement (e.g., Power Module) with a different type than specified in the previous configuration.

   Verify the exact Order Number (MLFB) of the installed drive control unit and power unit against the project documentation.

   Compare the firmware version of the control unit (e.g., P0000 value) with the firmware version used to generate the parameter file.

   Reload the parameter file that specifically matches the installed hardware components' Order Numbers and firmware versions.

   If a parameter file cannot be located, perform a hardware configuration scan (e.g., in TIA Portal or STARTER) and generate a new parameter set.
