TM150 Temperature Alarm Channel 8

Siemens · SINAMICS S120/S150 Reference List

¿Qué significa A35414 ?

This alarm is initiated when the actual temperature (r4105[8]) for channel 8 on Terminal Module 150 (TM150) exceeds its configured alarm threshold (p4102[16]). A timer (p4103[8]) is also started. The alarm will clear once the temperature falls below the threshold, factoring in the defined hysteresis (p4118[8]).

Causas comunes

  • Component connected to TM150 channel 8 is operating in an environment with high ambient temperatures, reducing its cooling effectiveness.
  • Alarm threshold p4102[16] is incorrectly configured, leading to an alarm at normal operating temperatures.
  • Reduced efficiency of the component due to aging, wear, or internal contamination, causing it to generate more heat.
  • Intermittent connection issues at the sensor input terminals of TM150 channel 8, leading to unstable temperature readings.
  • Failure of an auxiliary cooling device (e.g., external fan, cooling pump) associated with the component on channel 8.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

    1. Read the current temperature r4105[8] from the drive and evaluate its trend over time for unusual patterns.

  2. 2

    2. Confirm that the alarm threshold p4102[16] and the timer delay p4103[8] are correctly parameterized for the application.

  3. 3

    3. Inspect the general cooling conditions of the area surrounding the component connected to channel 8, checking for proper ventilation.

  4. 4

    4. Disconnect the sensor from TM150 channel 8 and perform a continuity and resistance test on the sensor wiring to the component.

  5. 5

    5. Verify the operational status of any associated external cooling fans or liquid cooling systems for the monitored component.
