Maintenance Counter 1 Fault

Vacon · 100 FLOW Application Guide

¿Qué significa 1302 ?

Maintenance counter 1 has exceeded its programmed fault limit, which is typically higher than the alarm limit. This indicates that a critical maintenance interval has been significantly surpassed, potentially impacting equipment reliability or safety. This fault requires immediate attention to prevent operational issues.

Causas comunes

  • Operating hours or cycles tracked by Maintenance Counter 1 (Parameter P7-00) have critically exceeded the fault threshold (Parameter P7-02).
  • The configured fault limit for Maintenance Counter 1 (P7-02) is set too low, triggering a fault instead of an appropriate warning.
  • Required preventative maintenance for the component monitored by Counter 1 was significantly overdue following an alarm state.
  • Accumulation of operating data by Maintenance Counter 1 is erroneous due to internal drive issue or sensor miscalibration.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

    1. Immediately identify the component monitored by Maintenance Counter 1 and assess its operational status for imminent failure.

  2. 2

    2. Execute the overdue critical maintenance procedure for the specified component.

  3. 3

    3. Reset Maintenance Counter 1 by writing 0 to parameter P7-00 (or by using a dedicated fault reset function from the HMI).

  4. 4

    4. Review and adjust parameter P7-02 (Maintenance Counter 1 Fault Limit) to ensure it aligns with safe and reasonable operating intervals.

  5. 5

    5. Verify that any physical sensor inputs contributing to Maintenance Counter 1 are functioning correctly and calibrated accurately.
