An internal RAM fault was detected within the ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) of the drive. This is a critical internal hardware failure, indicating control circuit damage and rendering the drive inoperable.

• Defective ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) chip due to manufacturing defect or degradation.
• Over-temperature conditions leading to accelerated component failure within the ASIC or its associated circuitry.
• Internal power supply instability (e.g., 3.3V rail) affecting the ASIC's operation.
• Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) damage during handling or prior servicing, affecting the control board.
