Undertorque Detection 2
Yaskawa · GA500 Maintenance and Troubleshooting
¿Qué significa UL4 ?
This error indicates a mechanical problem, like a broken drive belt, or that the load parameters are incorrectly configured, resulting in the motor drawing less current than expected. The drive detects this when the output current drops below the threshold set in L6-05 for longer than L6-06. Persistent undertorque can signal a serious mechanical malfunction or inefficient operation.
Causas comunes
- Motor output torque falls below a secondary, lower minimum limit (P4-08).
- Complete loss of load.
- Motor is not engaged with the driven load.
- Drive is commanding zero or minimal torque.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Inspect the machine for mechanical failures such as a broken pulley belt or shaft and address them immediately.
- 2
Review and fine-tune the L6-05 [Torque Detection Level 2] and L6-06 [Torque Detection Time 2] parameters to ensure they are appropriate for the application's load.
- 3
Execute a Fault Reset to clear the error once the fault condition is eliminated.
