   Inspect all analog input wiring (signal and return) for proper shielding, secure connections, and absence of damage or corrosion at both the sensor and drive terminals.

   Measure the actual analog input signal (e.g., voltage or current) directly at the drive's input terminals using a multimeter or oscilloscope, and compare to expected values and stability.

   Verify drive parameters related to analog input configuration, scaling, offset, and filtering (e.g., A1-xx for P1000) match the connected sensor type and desired application.

   Inspect the drive's control power supply grounding and the integrity of the overall panel grounding connections to minimize potential noise or interference.
