PANEL LOSS
ABB · ACS800
Hva betyr 5300 ?
Communication with the control panel, which is currently selected as the active control location for the ABB ACS800 drive, has been lost. This fault (3.09 AW 2 bit 13) can lead to a loss of control and monitoring capabilities from the panel, and its behavior is governed by programmable Fault Function 30.02 (PANEL LOSS).
Vanlige årsaker
- Loose or faulty physical connection of the control panel to the drive.
- Damage to the control panel itself or its mounting platform/connector.
- Malfunction of the control panel's internal electronics.
- Incorrect setting of Fault Function parameter 30.02 (PANEL LOSS) which dictates the drive's reaction to communication loss.
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
Check the physical connection of the control panel to the ABB ACS800 drive, ensuring it is securely seated in its mounting platform and latches are engaged.
- 2
Inspect the control panel connector and the corresponding receptacle on the drive for any visible damage, bent pins, or corrosion.
- 3
If possible, test with a known good control panel by temporarily replacing the existing panel in the mounting platform.
- 4
Verify parameter 30.02 (PANEL LOSS) settings to ensure the desired drive reaction (FAULT, CONST SP 15, LAST SPEED) is selected for a panel communication break.
- 5
Refer to the appropriate ABB ACS800 hardware manual for detailed instructions on panel connection and troubleshooting procedures.
