AMA calibration failed
Danfoss · VLT HVAC Drive High Power
Hva betyr 50 ?
The Automatic Motor Adaptation (AMA) routine failed to complete successfully. AMA is crucial for optimizing drive performance by precisely identifying motor parameters. A failed calibration means the drive is not operating with optimal motor data, potentially leading to inefficient operation, motor stress, or poor control.
Vanlige årsaker
- Motor is disconnected or has poor connection at drive output terminals (U, V, W).
- Incorrect motor data parameters (P1-20 to P1-25) entered, not matching motor nameplate.
- Mechanical binding or obstruction preventing free rotation of the motor shaft.
- Drive output phase loss due to internal fault or damaged motor cable.
- Excessive motor cable length or incorrect cable type causing high impedance or capacitance.
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
1. Verify motor connection integrity at terminals U, V, W using an ohmmeter for phase-to-phase continuity and resistance.
- 2
2. Confirm all motor data parameters (P1-20 to P1-25) precisely match the motor nameplate specifications.
- 3
3. Disconnect the motor from its mechanical load and attempt AMA to rule out external mechanical binding.
- 4
4. Measure insulation resistance of motor cables and windings using a megohmmeter (e.g., 500VDC test voltage).
- 5
5. Check for voltage imbalance or phase loss at the drive output terminals (U, V, W) during an AMA attempt using a voltmeter.
