    Immediately stop the machine using the emergency stop button and open the external Main Circuit Contactor (MCC) of the Power supply.

    Check the Resistor Module (A06B-6158-H030) for any visible damage, signs of overheating, or a blown fuse. Its expected resistance is 30 ohm (page 578).

    Inspect the wiring of the discharge circuit between the ECM Control Module (A06B-6158-H010) and the Resistor Module for breaks or loose connections.

    Verify the control signals that initiate discharge to the Resistor Module, ensuring they are correctly issued by the Control Module.

    If the alarm persists, the Resistor Module may be faulty and require replacement.
